The Better Food Foundation will speak and exhibit at the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education 2024 Conference and Expo at the Anaheim Marriott in Anaheim, CA, from October 27-29. We will have a booth in the exhibitor hall throughout the conference. We’re also thrilled to present an on-demand session for all participants, focusing on the critical role universities and colleges play in reducing Scope 3 emissions through plant-based nudges. Additionally, we’ll showcase our three DefaultVeg student programs, with former ambassador and intern Hannah Hughes sharing the impactful plant-forward initiatives she’s led at the Claremont Consortium Colleges. AASHE Conference is the premier event for sustainability in higher education, bringing together faculty, staff, students, and change-makers for dynamic presentations and discussions on advancing sustainability on campuses.
